What is maximum loaning facility?

What about project cost/quotation?

Quotation must contain NTN/GST numbers, make/models of the equipment with their specifications including 1/3rd share of the applicant.

Is Government employee eligible for this loan?

Applicants working in government/ semi-government department/ local body/ statutory organization on regular or contract basis in any paid capacity are not eligible for this loan.

What is security/collateral required against loan?

There are three options of collateral required worth 20% in excess to the loan amount.Each of the scheme has its own security requirements: Scheme I , Scheme II, Scheme III.

How can we repay? What is the mode of repayment?

You need to give us a postdated cheque as a guarantee that you will return the loan as per scheme limitations.

Which authorities are to be contacted for surety? How and who can you get in touch with in your city for surety?

Two authorities are required for the surety.

  • 17 Grade gazette officer, who can take the guarantee for your loan amount. The guarantor should sign on a stamp paper that he/she takes the responsibility and in case you are not able to return the loan, they shall be responsible for the loan amount. Last pay slip, undertaking on a form, ID card copy of the guarantor.

  • A blood relative (Father, Brother, Sister) who is capable of repaying the whole amount. This surety also needs to be done on a Rs.100 stamp paper.

How to get Personal Guarantee?

Parents, spouse and blood relatives can give personal guarantee on a stamp paper stating that they can take the responsibility in case you are not able to return the loan.

What is a promissory note? And how to get it?

Promissory note is a blank paper on which you have to get tickets issues from the court; it should be written on the paper that you shall pay the loan amount in designated time. (A specimen of promissory note is attached on the website)
